📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination, but most orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


📬 Split Shipments

Stray Café products may ship from multiple fulfillment partners.

👉 This means:

  • Items in your order may arrive separately
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers

This is especially common for bundled items.


📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Stray Café is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

👉 Contact us within 7 days of delivery
👉 Include photos of the issue

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
