2. Products & Fulfillment

Stray Café offers coffee, tea, and merchandise that support Rockstar Rescue.

Some products are fulfilled through third-party partners (including but not limited to Printful and Dripshipper). As a result:

  • Items may ship separately
  • Shipping times may vary
  • Packaging may differ by product

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or fulfillment partners, but we will always work to resolve any issues.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Coffee and tea are final sale and non-returnable
  • Bundles are considered final sale
  • Drinkware and merchandise are only eligible for replacement if damaged or defective

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Shipping

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Lost or delayed shipments once handed to the carrier

If an issue arises, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
